He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Concepción, an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (Switzerland), and a Master’s in International Management from NEOMA (France). He brings more than 25 years of experience in brand positioning, digital transformation, and strategic development. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, guidelines, and execution for the company’s various brands and subsidiaries.

As of December 1, José Jerez joined Santa Rita Estates as Corporate Marketing Director, with the aim of strengthening brand building and the global positioning of the group’s portfolio.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic, digital, and commercial marketing, he has built an extensive Chilean and international career across fast-moving consumer goods, cosmetics, financial services, healthcare, and the wine industry.

He began his professional career at Carrefour Argentina and later joined Procter & Gamble, where he led major brands such as Ariel and Pantene. He subsequently worked at L’Oréal, holding local and regional positions in France, Mexico, and Chile, primarily for the L’Oréal Paris brand.

He later served as Global Marketing Manager at VSPT Wine Group and held senior leadership roles at MetLife Chile and Provida AFP, where he oversaw digital marketing, content, and customer experience initiatives. Since 2023, he has been associated with Valtek, a leading company in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and medical imaging.

His appointment reinforces Santa Rita Group strategic focus on brand development, the international projection of its portfolio, and the consolidation of an integrated marketing strategy across its different operations.
